Exhibition on Maison&Objet


SEPTEMBER 2005 - PRESENTATION DE LA CAMPAGNE I LOVE U + OR -

Maison & Objet' international design and craft fair invited Designing Hope's French counterpart Dessine l'Espoir & Ithemba in September 2005 to introduice to the professionals and media the "I Love You Positive or Negative" campaign. This exhibition's challenge was to gather almost 300 women around this campaign message in an income generating adventure carrying this message in shops across the world.
the 100 embroderies, together with the portrait of each women who took part to the initial training were exhibited.



The 20 meters long booth , was build around a plus and minus display, reminding the main message
of the campaign.



Women from Wola Nani's NGO who make the Ithemba lightbulbs were associated to the project,
with limited editions of bulbs carrying the campaign message, such as a wall panel carrying the campaign logo.




French singer Véronique Sanson, godmather of Dessine l'Espoir, came on the fair to support the campaign
